Extremely Rare 1530 Anti-Catholic Reformation Medal. Turn the large silver coin and the Pope becomes the Devil and the Cardinal becomes the Court Jester or Fool. These medals were circulated in germany and Northern Europe. There are 7 Known examples of this particular piece. This was the beginning of Protestantism.
